Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and successful estate agency located in Reading. We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team and contribute to their continued success in the property sector.

Lettings Negotiator Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be a key player in the lettings process, working closely with clients to achieve successful property transactions. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.

Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and liaise with potential tenants.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate and follow up on new leads to expand the lettings portfolio.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• At least 1 year of experience in an estate agency role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the Reading property market.
