Apprentice Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 Apprenticeship)

Location: Richmond / East Sheen

Contract: Full-time, Apprenticeship (Monday to Friday)

I am currently working with a small, friendly nursery based in the Richmond/East Sheen area, looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our team as a Level 2 Apprentice Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in early years education while gaining valuable experience and a recognised qualification.

About the Role

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced early years practitioners to support the care and development of children aged 0-5 years. You will learn through hands-on experience and structured training, leading to a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities
• Assisting with daily routines, meals, and hygiene
• Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
• Working as part of a small, supportive team
• Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures

About You

Requirements

• Must be aged 16 or over
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Willing to undertake a DBS check

Salary

Apprenticeship pay rates vary depending on age
