Operating for over 50 years, this well-established contractor which specialises in education, pharmaceutical, and residential sectors, with values up to £50M, has built an excellent reputation for quality, collaboration, and innovation. With great pipeline and continued success across the region, they're expanding their Surveying team. The business prides itself on its strong team culture, low staff turnover, and ongoing commitment to training and employee development.In this role, you'll carry out a range of surveying duties including topographic and 3D laser scanning surveys, setting out using Leica TS16 or equivalent total stations, and producing high-accuracy as-built survey records. You'll work closely with Site Managers and Project Engineers, contributing to the smooth delivery of major construction projects.The ideal candidate will have experience in Surveying, with on-site experience, a technical qualification such as a BTEC or HNC, and a full UK driving licence.This is an exciting opportunity to receive extensive training, support toward further qualifications, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a highly respected contractor.The Role:

• Conduct topographic, measured building, and 3D laser scanning surveys
• Establish and verify gridlines, benchmarks, and datums
• Produce accurate as-built survey records
• Undertake site setting-out using Leica TS16 or similar
• Work closely with project teams to support construction delivery
• Attend ongoing in-house training and CPD events
• Site based across Oxford-Cambridge region

The Person:

• Some experience in surveying or site engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of site-based survey techniques
• Experience with 3D laser scanning and topographic surveys
• Technical qualification (HNC/BTEC or similar)
• Full UK driving licence
