Finance Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' finance functions through the design and delivery of transformation programmes. Based just one day in the office in the City of London.

• Advise clients on finance service design, operating models, and capabilities required to deliver future-state solutions.
• Support clients in developing the case for change, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating actionable roadmaps.
• Provide expertise in the deployment of finance technology solutions, including functional, organisational, and change aspects.
• Lead teams in designing future service offerings, including delivery models and process mapping.
• Manage risks and issues associated with large-scale finance transformation programmes.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Support the embedding of new ways of working within client organisations.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives within the Veran Finance Community.

Essential Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Demonstrable experience in leading finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with CFOs.
• Proactive, independent, and self-motivated.

Desirable

• Previous experience establishing and managing finance shared service centres.
