Our client is looking for an
Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee both strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition. This role includes leading recruitment initiatives, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating with senior management to align hiring efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sourcing and hiring talent across various disciplines.
Contract Details:- Type: Permanent contract
- Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum (package)
- Working Arrangement: Remote working with travel requirements; hybrid working options if based in London
Scope of the Role:- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Lead and manage recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines
- Oversee recruitment metrics to assess and refine hiring processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment Planning- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
- Monitor and refine recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
Leadership & Team Management- Foster a high-performance and inclusive recruitment environment
- Provide regular insights to HR and senior leadership on industry best practices
Advanced Sourcing & Candidate Attraction- Enhance employer branding through targeted sourcing strategies
- Establish partnerships with agencies, universities, and talent networks
- Represent the company at key recruitment events and career fairs
Selection, Assessment & Stakeholder Management- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring fair and effective candidate selection
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on candidate assessment and market trends
- Ensure all applicants meet required qualification criteria
Key Skills & Experience:- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic approach
- Proven recruitment experience, including at least two years in a recruitment role (Essential)
- Experience in Health & Safety Consultancy recruitment (Desirable)
- Experience designing and executing recruitment strategies in a high-growth environment
- Strong leadership and process-driven mindset
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in recruitment analytics
- Knowledge of employment law, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and compliance best practices
- Recognition within the recruitment community (e.g., Employer of the Year awards)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
Qualifications:- Experience in recruitment, business, or a related field; HR experience is an asset (Desirable)
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 in Talent Acquisition certification (Desirable)
