Job Requirements/Description
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure the efficient completion of external refurbishment works.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs and specifications are followed accurately.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that all required resources are available on-site as needed.
- Manage and supervise all site workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure the work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Provide clear guidance and instructions to site staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to plans.
- Monitor the performance of all personnel, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
