Job Title: Production Manager (food manufacturing)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 5:45am 14:45pm

Found Recruitment are seeking a proactive, hands-on Production Manager to join a leading food manufacturer in North West London, currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will be a hands on people leader who will look to shape the future of our clients operations. You ll be part of the senior leadership team on-site, having the autonomy to make decisions to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

As the Production Manager you ll be at the forefront of transforming production processes. You ll have full responsibility for day-to-day operations, driving productivity, ensuring top-tier product quality, and developing a high performing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you ll be key in fostering collaboration and implementing continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time deliveries.
• Inspire, manage, and support factory staff, creating clear roles and high performance.
• Use your expertise to monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
• Ensure high standards of discipline and support while creating a motivating atmosphere.
• Coordinate staff, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless production.
• Work closely with the Operations Director and other departments to align production with company goals.
• Oversee factory upkeep, ensuring equipment is in top shape and compliance with health & safety standards.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
