Warehouse Team Leader

We're hiring a dynamic and driven Team Leader on behalf of our client in Milton Keynes. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a passion for leadership and continuous improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Shifts available: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (Please specify your preferred shift when applying)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to consistently meet and exceed targets

• Recruit, train, and support new team members

• Produce and analyse management information to drive performance

• Set, monitor, and achieve operational targets

• Champion continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives

• Support warehouse operations, health & safety, and compliance

• Deputise for senior management as needed

• Oversee labour planning and day-to-day workforce management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems

• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement practices

• Forklift licence (advantageous, but not essential)

• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
