Senior Project Surveyor - Leading Consultancy - 60,000- 70,000 Location: Greater London

Job Description: A well-established consultancy specialising in retail, commercial/office, leisure and residential sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Surveyor for their London office. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive QS services including feasibility estimates, cost planning and tender preparation
• Manage pre- and post-contract duties including valuations and cost reporting
• Lead design reviews and value management initiatives
• Handle contract negotiations and administration using JCT and Design & Build frameworks
• Represent the company at client, design and project management meetings
• Oversee project delivery from inception to completion

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 6 years' consultancy experience
• Progressing toward or holding MRICS certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities

Desirable Experience:

• Retail, commercial, office, leisure or residential sector experience
• Contract administration (CA) or employer's agent (EA) experience
