We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Chiller Engineer who enjoys working for a smaller, well established company where quality workmanship, honesty, and customer service come first. Salary and Benefits
£60,000 basic, per annum
Overtime available at enhance rates
Company van (available for personal use by agreement)
Fuel Card
Company phone and tablet
28 days holiday including bank holidays
Pension scheme
Manufacturer training and ongoing development
Uniform and specialist tools provided
Door to door travel (subject to location)
Company paid F GAS renewal and relevant certifications
The Role
You will be responsible for :
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdown diagnosis and repair
Servicing commercial refrigeration equipment
Servicing air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
Working on split, VRV/VRF and DX systems where required
Completing digital service reports
Liaising professionally with customers on site
Participating in a call-out rota
Experience with one or more of the following manufacturers is desirable:
Daikin
Carrier
Trane
Mitsubishi Electric
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
York
Climaveneta
Airedale
Blue box
Toshiba
Essential Requirement
Valid F-GAS Category 1 certificate
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
Full Driving Licence
Strong Fault-finding and diagnostic Skills
Experience working independently
Excellent customer service skills
Desirable
Electrical fault -finding experence
IPAF
PASMA
CSCS card
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8am - 4 pm
Overtime available
Participation in an out of hour 'Call Out' Rota
