Our client is a very successful, respected Tier 2 contractor operating across the South Coast areas. As they continue their growth, they are searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Groundworks or Fit-Out. The company offer competitive salaries, along with the opportunity to grow with the business. Typically they work on large commercial projects, as well as heritage, hospitals and schools.

Role:

3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying.

Relevant qualifications in relation to Quanitity Surveying (preferrably a degree).

Commercial management of projects.

Monthly valuation preparation.

Cost control of projects.

Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs.

Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers .
