Part Time: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Brentwood, Essex

The Role We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate teacher who: Has experience working in mainstream or SEN primary settings Specialises in English, Literacy and Communication development Can deliver differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to a range of learning needs, including children with ASD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to complex learning needs Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Has a strong commitment to inclusive education and raising pupil attainment

Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative, structured, and supportive lessons focused on developing core English and communication skills Adapt teaching methods to suit individual EHCPs and learning styles Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to support holistic development

The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has substantial primary teaching experience Demonstrates expertise or training in English, Literacy or Communication-focused interventions Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting is highly desirable Has excellent interpersonal skills and a nurturing approach
