A leading FE college in East Surrey is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced AAT Lecturer to join its Business & Professional Studies team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and support on Level 2 and Level 3 AAT courses within a supportive and forward-thinking learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging AAT lessons in line with curriculum requirements

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored academic support

• Act as a personal tutor and deliver pastoral support

• Promote student attendance and engagement

• Assist students in securing relevant work placements

• Contribute to course development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Attend team meetings and participate in review and planning activities

Scheduled Teaching Hours:

• Mondays & Wednesdays: 8:45am - 5:00pm

• Tuesdays: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Essential Criteria:

• Level 3 Teaching qualification (or higher)

• Minimum Level 3 Business or AAT qualification (a degree is preferred)

• Proven FE teaching experience delivering AAT courses

• Relevant industry experience or professional qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Level 2
