Senior Quantity Surveyor

The owners of a well known growing Construction firm, are looking to hire a qualified and capable Senior Quantity Surveyor for their team in West London.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well respected construction firm who have grown from 5 to 35 in the space of 2 years.The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role Leading a small team of 5, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be running the post contract handling of residential and hotel schemes.Projects range between £500K - £25M.You will be working with some of the most well known clients in their respective industries.The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
• Strong post contract knowledge
• Understanding within the £500K - £25M contract values
