About the role:

Peak Education are looking to recruit a highly motivated Science Teacher with a commitment to academic excellence and helping every child succeed for a thriving secondary school based in Camberwell, London. Working as part of a small team, you will pay an important part in delivering the Science provision. You will plan and deliver high quality lessons and be committed to achieving excellent results for students. Instilling in them the subject and a desire to learn.

The Senior Leadership Team are seeking a candidate who will:

The Science Department:

Is led by a dynamic Head of Department hosting an engaging curriculum covering many topics allowing students to build a variety of skills and attributes that are essential for the working world.

To be a successful science teacher, you need a mix of deep subject knowledge, engaging teaching strategies, and a passion for discovery. You will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Committed to planning and delivering high-quality teaching
• Contribute positively to the science department and school community
• Blend of creativity, emotional intelligence, and classroom skills required
