Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (in schools, care settings, or community roles)
- Patient, resilient, and positive attitude when managing challenging situations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Nurturing, understanding, and structured approach to supporting learning differences
- Valid DBS certificate on Update Service or willingness to complete enhanced DBS check
