Mechanical Site Manager

Our client requires a Mechanical Site Manager or Site Manager for a busy commercial site in the Marylebone are of London. The role will involve managing all aspects of this 18-month commercial project. Including liaising with the main contractor, sub-contractors, internal directors and team leaders on site. Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date, the installation go inline with the programme as well as inline with the health and safety protocols on this construction site.

Successful Site Managers or Site Managers must have the following:

• A current up to date CSCS skills card for working on site as a manager.
  • SMSTS for working on site as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing medium sized commercial projects from start to finish.
• Two checkable working references from similar roles.

The hours on site will be from 7.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. As with most management roles a certain amount of flexibility will be required to ensure the successful running of the project.
