Nursing Home Manager

A wonderful opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an ambitious and high-quality care provider within their first luxury commission. This home is located in Surbiton with excellent, offering nursing, residential and dementia care in a luxury care setting.

The home has already made excellent progress in its commissioning activities, developing great relationships with key stakeholders in the area and building a good reputation in the local community. As such this is an opportunity to build on good work achieved within the home, developing clinical excellence within the nursing team, develop and nurture talent, ensuring the home delivers true personalised care and working with the commercial team to grow occupancy.

The group has an experienced senior management team, including an experienced Regional Manager with a background in delivering high performing luxury care homes and villages. In addition the group are financially well resourced and set for continued growth and expansion within the sector and region.

Responsibilities

• Registered Manager with CQC
• Leadership and management of care and nursing team
• Recruitment, supervision and training of team
• Ensure home is compliant with all relevant regulations
• Sales and marketing of the home
• Budget management in line with KPI

Requirements

• Experienced home manager with Good CQC track record
• Nurse Qualified
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
• Sound financial and business acumen
• Positive and engagement leadership style

Salary:

• 80,000 - 90,000 PA DOE
• Bonus
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
