You will lead a team of drivers and logistics staff, ensuring all deliveries meet strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Due to continued growth and operational expansion, they are seeking a Night Transport Supervisor to join their dynamic logistics team based in North West London.
Description
Oversee and coordinate all night-time transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods
Supervise and support a team of drivers and warehouse operatives
Conduct vehicle checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
Monitor route planning and respond to any operational challenges during the night
Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures across the shift
Liaise with the day transport and warehouse teams to ensure seamless handovers
Produce nightly reports and performance updates for senior management
Profile
Proven experience in a transport supervisory or similar logistics leadership role
Experience working night shifts in a fast-paced FMCG, foodservice or distribution environment
Strong knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations (e.g., WTD, tachographs)
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems in real time
A proactive and hands-on approach to operational excellence
Flexibility to work night shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday
