Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or a related Level 3 qualification (see accepted qualifications list).
• Extensive experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not essential).

• Supervise and support staff and apprentices, ensuring compliance with staff ratios and effective team management.
