Senior Bid Writer

Our client are a multi-national civil and infrastructure group looking for a Senior Bid Writer based in London.

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, editing and proofing of compliant bid responses and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collecting and maintaining project summaries and value add data collection from live projects and past submissions
• Work with cross-functional teams to help devise the win strategy
• Produce and finalise responses and relevant deliverables in line with the overall bid programme
• Proactively engage in the review process, apply quality control and assurance processes within answer plans and responses
• Provide regular updates and sit reps to the question owner and/or Bid Manager as required

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Bid Writer experience in a senior role within the construction industry
• Knowledge of bid and tender processes across a range of tender values
• Technical or engineering academic background

Desirable:

• APMP, foundation or practitioner level
• Degree in English Language or equivalent
