We are recruiting for Occupational Therapy positions within Intermediate Care Southwark (ICS) - a dynamic, integrated health and social care team. Our team includes physiotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists, nurses, pharmacists, occupational therapy assistant practitioners, and rehabilitation support workers. Together, we provide short-term, targeted support to maximise independence and improve quality of life.Our Rehab and Reablement-focused service supports recovery by optimising individuals' existing skills and resources. We work from a strength-based approach, regularly reviewing care needs and ensuring that any ongoing support is tailored and appropriate.
