Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, tailored, and premium customer experience
• Dispense and fit luxury optical and sunglass frames with confidence and care
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to a discerning clientele
• Support day-to-day retail operations including stock handling and appointment scheduling

About You

• Experience working in a premium optical environment
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for styling and fashion
• Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Genuine interest in design, craftsmanship, and luxury retail
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
