Board Members

New World is a small Housing Association working in South London with our offices in Balham. Originally set up as a BME association catering for the Vietnamese and Chinese communities, New World operates now as a community based association open to all.

We have around 500 homes in ownership and an annual turnover of over £4million.

We are recruiting new Board members to help us continue to drive our focus on our services, delivering value for money and providing an outstanding customer experience.

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in housing finance, construction, law or IT but your background could be drawn from any sector. As a team player you will have the values, passion and ability to make a positive contribution.

This is a challenging and exciting time in housing, so if you really want to make a difference, we would like to hear from you.

We currently pay £2000 per year to board members. The board meets four times a year, with occasional additional meetings and away days.
