Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading UK-wide mortgage brokerage to recruit an Experienced Remortgage Advisor to join their expanding team in Rickmansworth.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or specialist Remortgage Advisor looking for high earnings, job stability, and a Monday to Friday working pattern.

In this office-based role, you will advise existing, loyal clients on remortgage solutions. With 15-20 pre-qualified leads booked directly into your diary each week, your focus will be on delivering tailored financial advice, not lead generation. This is a rare chance to build a successful long-term career with high earnings potential and minimal admin thanks to advanced internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and identify the most suitable remortgage products.

Expert Mortgage Advice

• Offer tailored advice on remortgage solutions using a wide panel of lenders.
• Clearly explain risks, benefits, terms, and fees involved.

Relationship Management

• Build lasting relationships with clients and deliver outstanding service throughout the entire remortgage process.

Pre-Qualified Leads

• Work with 15-20 warm leads weekly, generated from the company's existing client base.

Protection Referrals

• Refer clients to the in-house Protection Advisors for additional income via bonuses.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and uphold ethical standards at every stage of the process.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with protection, processing, and support teams to ensure clients receive a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• CeMAP (or industry equivalent) qualification is essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Remortgage Advisor
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, client-focused sales environment
• High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage a busy diary
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, Monday to Friday

Package & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £45,000 per annum
• OTE: £55,000 - £60,000+ with bonuses (no cold calling required)
