Primary Teaching Assistant

Strategy Education are recruiting for teaching assistants to work in primary schools in the Southend on Sea area of Essex.

Work is available across a variety of year groups and as 1:1 teaching assistants for students with EHCPs.

Full time and part time work is available.

Teaching Assistants working in primary schools will be:

• Experienced working with children aged 4-11 years old
• Able to support children with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
• Good at building rapport with children in a school setting
• Successful behaviour managers
• Flexible and adaptable, able to think on your feet
• Passionate about education and the welfare of children
