Are you a skilled electrician with experience in social housing? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of electrical systems across multiple properties. Your Role:

• Carry out remedial work to address electrical issues in social housing properties
• Conduct CCU upgrades to improve the safety and efficiency of electrical installations
• Perform testing and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards
• Undertake rewires to upgrade or replace outdated electrical systems

Key Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Electrician (18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in social housing or similar environments
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
