Senior Supervising Social Worker

A Not for Profit independent fostering agency is looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to cover a caseload over the Essex area. You will have an office base in Essex, and hold a small caseload, whilst offering supervision to a small team of social workers.

This is a HOME BASED role.

Your responsibilities :

• Hold a small caseload and provide supervision support to foster families
• Oversee and support a small team of Supervising Social Workers
• Prepare reports and maintain compliant case files
• Participate in out of hours services
