This role will see the successful candidate commission Mechanical Extract Systems and other smoke ventilation systems. Working alongside and supervising a team of different skill levels, the right candidate will thrive in enabling others successes and providing feedback to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.

The Role:

• Wire, fix & commission Mechanical Extract Systems
• Ensure Mechanical Extract Systems are able to be fully operated on every condition listed on the commissioning report to eliminate the possibility of failure to comply
• Ensure all work completed by yourself and others complies with latest standards, regulations and guidance
• Wire, fix and commission a wide range of smoke ventilation products from a range of manufacturers
• Manage large or small installations and ensure the team you work alongside are working to correct design standers per drawings provided
• Communicate with other trades to ensure smooth completion of a project
• Majority of projects in London and the South East but national travel and lodging required

The Person:

• NVQ Electrical installations or equivalent
• JIB / ECS Card holder
• Proven experience within a similar role
