About the Role:

  • Support children aged 3 to 5 with special educational needs, focusing on both individual and group settings.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to implement engaging activities that adhere to the EYFS framework.
  • Assist in the development of social, emotional, and educational skills, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to enhance the educational experience of each child.
  • Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a degree in Early Childhood Studies.
  • Experience working in a school, nursery, or early years setting, preferably with SEN children.
  • A calm, caring, and patient approach to working with young learners.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the ability to apply it effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
