Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Healthcare + Pension + Training & Development + Early Friday FinishLocation: Aylesbury (Commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard)

The company designs and manufactures bespoke engineered products for the defence, energy, and industrial sectors. They're established, steadily growing, and dedicated to developing their people through ongoing training, mentorship, and internal progression.

In this role, you'll help deliver audits, risk assessments, and training sessions while supporting the development of EHS systems and procedures. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to compliance management and safety leadership.

This position would suit someone with existing Health & Safety experience perhaps from a manufacturing or engineering setting who's eager to expand their technical knowledge, gain qualifications, and progress within a forward-thinking, people-focused business.

The Role:

• Support EHS systems, standards, and audits
• Assist with risk assessments and incident investigations
• Deliver safety awareness and training initiatives
• Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement projects

The Candidate:

• Some Health & Safety experience (manufacturing/engineering preferred)
• Working towards or holding NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications.
• Enthusiastic about developing expertise in ISO 45001/14001
• Proactive, safety-focused, and keen to grow
