About the role of Mechanical Project Manager

In this role you will have the chance to work with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a Data Centre in North West London, we are looking for candidates available to start within the next 1-4 weeks - this contract is due to last until mid 2026, with the company being open to keeping the right person on for future projects.

Responsibilities for Mechanical Project Manager

• Measuring progress and resources required to meet project expectations.
• Organising labour.
• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project assigned to you.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour

Requirements for Mechanical Project Manager

• Mechanical Building Services experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering Mechanical projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge.
• Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
• Previous experience working on a Data Centre as Mechanical PM
