Site Manager - Demolition & Cut and Carve

My client is an industry leading construction contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a Demolition, Cut & Carve and Structural Alterations package based in Canary Wharf.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Temporary Works Supervisor (ideally)

• Highly experienced in Cut & Carve and Demolition projects for specialist sub contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
