Salary: 160 - 218 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Develop and implement personalized learning strategies for children with a range of special educational needs.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom where all students feel valued and motivated.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create individual learning plans and track progress.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and encourage their development.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in special educational needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
• A deep commitment to the well-being and development of children with SEN.
• Creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
• Experience with various SEN needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to commute to Kempston.
