About the role
They are looking for an experienced Retention Manager to play a crucial role in driving engagement and satisfaction for this organisation's membership through the move to a new CRM.
As a key member of the Membership marketing team, you will be instrumental in:
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in customer retention, loyalty program management and CRM. Your role will involve using data, audience insights to drive marketing strategies as well as close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive the best possible membership experience.
