Business Development Manager/ Valuer

We're an established, fast-growing property auction house with exciting plans to expand across the UK. Over the past 5+ years, we've built a strong reputation for results - and now we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is a self-driven, field-based role focused on bringing new property listings into our weekly auction. You'll be responsible for:

• Generating new business through estate agents, solicitors, and other professional partnerships

• Pitching our auction services and converting inbound and outbound leads

• Conducting valuations and guiding vendors through the process

• Managing your own diary and pipeline of opportunities

• Nurturing existing relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals

• Presenting to individuals and groups, both in person and virtually

We want someone with a strong track record in property sales and valuations, ideally with experience as a Valuer or Branch Manager.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

• 3-5+ years in the property industry (valuations, sales, or management)

• Proven success in winning new business

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Confident cold-caller and relationship builder

• UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and video meeting tools

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in property auctions

• B2B sales or business development background

• Existing industry contacts (estate agents, solicitors, etc.)

• Uncapped commission structure

• Realistic first-year earnings: £90,000 - £125,000+
