Site Manager - Restaurant Fit Out - Mayfair

Are you a site manager with recent experience of managing high end restaurant fit out projects and able to commute to Mayfair?

We are currently recruiting for the role freelance site manager , to oversee the fit out of a prestigious restaurant project in London's Mayfair, with the strip out already having started, and will run until May of this year.

The project is valued at circa 3.5M , will last 5 months and is due to be completed by May 2025.

Site Manager Duties :

• Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
• Coordinating site labourers and sub-contractors
• Reporting to the on-site project manager
• Holding site meetings
• Ordering materials

Requirements:

• Joinery background
• High-end restaurant fit-out experience
• SMSTS, First Aid
• Can provide references

We can pay the site manager either via a Ltd company or CIS basis.
