Role Overview:

My client is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join with opportunities to work on high profile commercial, residential, retail, education and mixed use projects.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture and design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations.
• Participate in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.
• Engage in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Support the team in researching materials, products, and design trends.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A keen interest in sustainable design practices.
