Facades Project Manager

We are recruiting a Facades Project Manager for a Facades Contractor working on a large residential development in Plumstead. The successful candidate will be experience working on large developments.

We are recruiting a Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of facade works.

• Manage curtain walling, rainscreen, and cladding systems.

• Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure quality control, health & safety compliance, and budget adherence.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of facade systems, including curtain walling and cladding.

• Proven experience managing large residential projects.

• Familiarity with UK building regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
