Chef, Feltham Earn up to 21.64 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Chef to work with an important company in the Feltham area.

Shift Patterns:

• First week - 7am, approximately 15- hours shifts.
• Following weeks: 8 to 10 hour shifts per day

Pay Rates

• 21.64 per hour

As a Chef you will need to have:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and service.
• Stay updated on the latest culinary trends and techniques in Japanese cuisine.
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to foster a positive learning environment.
• Develop new recipes and menu items showcasing the diversity of Japanese cuisine.
• Ensure proper ingredient storage and handling to maintain freshness and quality.
• Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely dish preparation and service.
• DBS
• 5 Years background check.
