Town Planner

What You'll Do as a Planner:

• Provide online/remote planning advice and guidance
• Prepare reports on planning applications and consultations
• Assess proposals against planning policy and constraints
• Communicate with applicants, agents, and stakeholders
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Essential Criteria for the Planner:

• Relevant BA degree or RTPI-certified qualification
• Previous experience in a planning consultancy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in planning applications (6+ months preferred)
