Are you an experienced Mechanical Projects Manager looking for a long-term opportunity in London? We are seeking a proactive professional to oversee multiple commercial projects (up to 1M) across Central London.
Mechanical Projects manager required for leading privately owned Mechanical and Electrical Contractor that specialise in Installation and maintenance on all mechanical and HVAC plant. They have established contracts / clients with universities, hospitals, schools and private sector

Role Overview:
Mechanical Project Manager will organise labour and material on sites
Mechanical Project Manager will be liaising with the clients and sub-contractors
Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for delivering mechanical installations, ranging from 25k- 1m on time and within budget
Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing supervisors and senior engineers

What You'll Need:
Gold Card /black card
SSSTS or SMSTS Certification
Strong commercial experience
Ability to work independently and proactively manage teams

Working Hours:
8 AM - 5 PM (some flexibility required)
Occasional weekend work & overtime available
