Project Manager

I am currently looking for a Project manager to work on projects across Surrey.

My client are a Main Contractor with a turnover of around 50m. They work across various sectors including New Build, Fit out/refurbishment, and Maintenance.

This opportunity is to work in their Maintenance division on Projects across Surrey therefore you should live somehwre in this region.

Whilst the title is Project manager if you are a Site Manager who has run your own projects its worth still discussing as this will potentially be considered.

It is essential that you have run multiple Maintenance contracts and that experience needs to include working across properties on the railway netowrk NOT TRACKSIDE but properties associated with the railway - for example ticket halls, depots, offices etc.
