Location: Coggeshall
Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee the full import process for ocean freight shipments
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Complete customs clearances
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
• Handle documentation, compliance, and ensure timely deliveries
• Raise commercial invoices

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in ocean imports within freight forwarding
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
