LGV Class 2 Driver

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-run business in the Woking area. Their operation combines elements of logistics, warehousing, and site maintenance, and they're looking for a reliable all-rounder to join their close-knit team.

This position offers a genuine mix of driving and hands-on work, roughly split 50/50 across the week.

Driving duties include:

Local kerbside deliveries within a 50-mile radius (no long-distance driving)

Loading your vehicle each afternoon ready for the following morning's route

Delivering to trade customers, ensuring a friendly, professional service every time

On-site duties include:

Supporting with general yard and maintenance work - repairing supports and fencing, unloading lorries, and moving stock

Using mechanical aids and handling equipment for heavier items

Helping the wider team to keep the site safe, organised, and running smoothly

You'll need to bring:

A LGV Class 2 licence with a current CPC

A full, clean driving licence and be aged 25+ (for insurance purposes)

Good communication and numeracy skills - you'll often be the face of the business with customers

A practical mindset and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong teamwork and reliability - this is a business where everyone mucks in and supports one another
