Health & Safety Manager High-Rise Construction East London

Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading contractor? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee health, safety, and compliance on a major high-rise landmark project in East London.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage H&S policies and procedures across the project.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct site audits,inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Work closely with project teams to drive a strong safety culture.
• Provide H&S training and support to site staff and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in high-rise construction (20 storeys+).
• Experience in student accommodation projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and UK H&S laws.
• Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Experience working on £50mil projects +
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
