Role Responsibilities: - Handle a variety of prime residential matters, including:
- Sales & Purchases
- Freehold & Leasehold
- Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement
- Rural Estates
- Property Finance
- Property Investment
The ideal Residential Property Associates will have: - Experience: 2-5 years PQE in residential property within a well-respected law firm.
- Education: A strong educational background with a proven track record in residential property law.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A client-focused approach with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
