Job Requirements/Description
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client s customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the building supplies sector.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + company car

External Sales - Builders Merchant - Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work with the sales team to create and implement business development plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Network in order to build relationships
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms and contracts
External Sales - Builders Merchant - Key Requirements:
  • Experience in the building supplies industry is essential.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of building materials
  • A valid driver s license and the ability to travel as required.
