A Leadership Role Rooted in Care
Reporting directly to the Regional Leadership Team Manager, you'll help ensure our services remain:
- Safe and clinically sound
- Well-led and efficient
- Compassionate and responsive to our community's needs
Alongside your own clinical caseload, you'll lead operational delivery across one or more sites in the Greenwich area. From mentorship and rota management to service audits and stakeholder relations - your influence will shape our standards and sustain the calm professionalism our patients have come to expect.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a confident and capable physiotherapist with:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior or lead MSK role (flexibility considered for exceptional clinicians with clear leadership promise)
- Full HCPC registration
- Keen professional judgement, and the ability to work independently across sites
- A natural flair for team building, mentoring and service development
People & Team Management
- Lead and support your team of physiotherapists across designated clinics
- Conduct supervisions, appraisals and guide performance and wellbeing
- Schedule CPD, in-house and external training, ensuring personal and professional growth
- Coordinate annual leave and maintain seamless clinical cover
- Uphold a culture of respect, camaraderie and clinical curiosity
Referring Partners & Private Growth
- Maintain excellent communication and service quality for referring parties
- Guide the team to achieve key performance benchmarks
- Cultivate the private client base and uphold our local reputation for trusted care
Site Operations
- Oversee site presentation, maintenance and stock alongside the clinic support team
- Drive regional and national audits to uphold standards
- Ensure diaries are managed efficiently and services run smoothly day to day
Skills
- Timely, accurate record keeping and documentation
- Independent management of complex MSK caseloads
- Prioritisation and time management under pressure
Knowledge
- Familiarity with SLAs and clinic utilisation metrics
- Understanding of private caseloads and service dynamics
- Evident and proactive CPD engagement
