- Lead a team of Service Engineers in the south, helping them with any problems, issues or general support they may need
- Arranging of ongoing training programmes and reviews
- Sourcing and maintaining technical literature information
- Provide technical support for service engineers, office and customers where required
- Research information on new products and services
- Strong Technical Knowledge of pumps
- Customer facing experience
